Mr. Raweerot Khiannilsiri graduated with an LL.B. (2nd Class Honors) from Chulalongkorn University. He was admitted as Barrister-at-law by Thai Bar Association in 2004. He is a member of the Law Society of Thailand. His areas of practice are litigation and corporate law including:
Acting for several foreign banking corporations in bankruptcy and business reorganization of debtors, including claims for repayment of debt, business reorganization plan, and meetings of creditors;
Conducting legal research and representing clients in labor litigation;
Representing clients in Civil and Criminal litigation;
Representing clients in execution of judgment; and
Representing clients in corporate registration at Ministry of Commerce as well as advising on corporate issues.
