Ms. Jureerut Chuenchumkamol graduated with an LL.B. from Thammasat University in 1992. She was associated with Kamthorn Surachet & Somsak Law Office, Bangkok, from 1992 to 1995 before joining FBLP in 1996. She is a member of the Law Society of Thailand.
Her area of practice is corporate law including:
· Assisted clients in establishment of appropriate form of enterprise in Thailand, including, representative offices and branch offices;
· Foreign investment in Thailand under the Foreign Business Act, U.S.-Thai Treaty of Amity, and BoI promotional privileges;
· Advised on conversion of a private company into a public company including initial public offering (IPO);
· Assisted SVOA in the implementation process in regard of the approved plan;
· Advised Intel Vision Securities Co., Ltd. on converting to a public limited company; and
· Advised and assisted the clients on Corporate Matters.
